Welcome to Noria del Mar, a beautiful large Spanish style Villa situated in the bustling town of Almuñecar, approximately a short 250 metre walk from the beach.
The private 50sq metre pool has a telescopic (removable) sliding roof maintaining cleanliness and plenty of space to relax around the pool and watch the children. The pool and terraces are all gates ensuring safety for children.
The front terrace with views of the sea, the swimming pool area, garden and the living / dining room are all areas in which to enjoy the company of others.
As you enter the villa you will find yourself in a spacious hall and corridor leading to the downstairs bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. The living/dining room with open fire has doors leading to the large terrace with dining table seating for 11 people and a shady canopy.
The spacious open-plan living room with dining area has comfy seating and a 55” TV with Netflix, YouTube, Rakuten and many other channels. There is a large extendable dining table and matching chairs.
Through the living/dining room is the fully fitted cook’s kitchen with plenty of storage, 2 fridge freezers, oven, hob and dishwasher. There is a further door to the outside where the washing machine is housed and plenty of places to dry washing.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and a full bathroom with walk in shower.
Upstairs there are a further four bedrooms, a double, a twin, a single and a master and another two family bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and one with a walk in shower.
All the bedrooms have good quality comfortable beds, with the master bedroom being 1.5 and the others 1.3, with fresh linens including personal towels, pool & beach towels. The bedrooms upstairs have air-conditioning, and the two bedrooms downstairs have fans.
The villa benefits from fast, free fibre internet. The good local phone signal is capable of 5g.
The building is well looked after with a Moroccan style porch and entrance lobby. There is also a private shaded lawn adorned with fruit trees (In addition to the grand balcony at the front, overlooking the sea).
San Cristobal is a beautiful neighbourhood in Almuñecar and there are lots of great cafes, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the tasty tapas or great value 'Menu Del Dia' or if you love fresh fish have lunch in one of the many Chiringuitos on the beach.
The historic old town of Almuñecar has some lovely plazas with sunlit cafes and narrow geranium lined streets to explore.
The ancient Phoenicians originally named the city 'Sexi' and you can explore some of their remains and that of the Romans at the Archaeological Museum in the old town where there is also the 16th Century Moorish Castle and aqueducts.
The popular open-air market is held on Fridays and Sundays. There is also a wide range of grocery and convenience stores to cater for your needs.
As the name would suggest the Costa Tropical enjoys an all-year-round pleasant climate. Winters are sunny, mild & mainly dry whilst summers are beautifully warm, and the sky is always blue!
Guests are given an allowance of €100 per week for electricity. The meter will be read at the beginning and end of the stay and the difference paid in cash on departure.
