This lovely three bedroom house is situated in the sought after urbanisation of Los Altos (The Heights) in Carmenes del Mar. The name says it all. The views are absolutely stunning!
As you enter the house from the ground floor there is a large garage which holds the washing machine and washing lines. There is plenty of space outside for parking.
From the hallway there are stairs up to the first floor where you will find the three bedrooms. The first double has patio doors leading out to a lovely sunny balcony, perfect for your morning coffee! The second bedroom has twin beds and then the spacious master bedroom with en-suite and lovely views from the window. There is also a further family bathroom with bath on this floor.
Then up the stairs again to the main living area. There is a large open plan living/dining room with two sets of large patio doors that open to reveal a spacious terrace with dining room table and chairs, perfect for taking in the sun or eating al-fresco.
The kitchen is fully equipped and again has patio doors leading out on to the terrace.
On this floor there is also a separate toilet.
The house has air conditioning throughout, wifi and Spanish and international TV channels.
