This is a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment en El Balcon urbanisation. It has been tastefully renovated to a high standard with all modern furnishings.
El Balcon is a quiet residential area consisting of 2 blocks of apartments each with their own swimming pool. Sangria Blanca is situated in the lower apartment block and has views of the local residential area.
As you walk in to the apartment you are immediately in the large open plan living/dining room and kitchen which is fully fitted with all the necessary equipment. The living room open on to a large balcony with seating area. To the right of the living room are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms so each bedroom has it´s own bathroom.
Just along the corridor from the apartment is the communal swimming pool and there is also a garage underneath the building for private parking.
The apartment has wifi, air conditioning and international tv channels.
The village of La Herradura is a 10 minute drive away which is approximately 3 kilometres.
