This nicely appointed villa is located in Pena Parda a short distance form La Herradura bay on a small private complex with well kept gardens and communal pool. It comprises 3 double bedrooms - 2 double, 1 twin; the master bedroom is en-suite, with a private terrace, table and chairs. There is a large lounge/dining room with ' Free to a Air ' TV with English channels, DVD and music centre. A bed settee is available for 2 additional guests.

There is well a well equipped open plan kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer etc - there is a separate utility room with washing machine and drier. The front terrace has table and chairs, barbecue - there are gardens below to relax in. Above the villa is a roof terrace which enables evening sun bathing. The house sleeps a maximum of 8 people. No pets are allowed, guests are also requested not to smoke in the house. The village is a 3 minute drive , the beach, local shop, bars and restaurants are a 15 minute walk.

La Herradura is one of the few remaining unspoilt villages on the Costa Tropical that can offer a truly Spanish experience in a tranquil environment. The town is situated on the beach road with many outside bars and restaurants. Water sports, tennis, walking, sailing, horse riding and hang gliding are some of the many activities that are available. Granada, Las Alpujarras mountains and the Sierra Nevada are all within easy travelling distance. The nearest town Almuñecar is 3 miles east and Nerja is 10 miles west.
