It has a large lounge/dining room and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. On the ground floor there is a utility room with washing machine and drying area. There are 2 terraces, a large swimming pool and a walled garden which receives sun all day. ADSL - CD music centre and 'Free to View' TV system with DVD are also included. The villa has air-conditioning and sleeps a maximum of 7 people (a folding bed is available for the seventh on request). A travel cot is also provided on request. No pets are allowed. Guests are requested not to smoke in the house.
