This amazing property is located on the Cerro Gordo, just a few minutes drive from La Herradura and Nerja. The main house has 3 bedrooms all on one level with two bathrooms, cloakroom, kitchen area and living area with stunning Mediterranean views.

The large private swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers (5x10m) is central to the property and at the other side of the pool is a large kitchen and living/ dining area with additional cloakroom. It’s an ideal spot for the family or friends to gather to enjoy dining communally. There is an optional one bedroom apartment with kitchenette and bathroom, and an additional open plan 2 bedroom area with bathroom. Therefore the property can be rented for up to 6 people with the main house and 3 bedrooms, and an additional 2 people in the apartment, and an additional 2 people in the other bedroom area.

There is a large pool room for the guests to enjoy. The property is equipped with several televisions throughout, its fully equipped in the kitchen, all linen and towels are provided. The property is not overlooked so offers real privacy - you receive sun all day and there are numerous terraces, some shaded to fit everyones needs. The closest beach is a 20 minute walk down, slightly longer on the way back up.

Set on 1 hectare of land, with beautiful gardens, plants and fruit trees, the property is suitable for children of all ages. There are steps around the property so would not be suitable for wheel chair users.

La Herradura is one of the few remaining unspoilt villages on the Costa Tropical that can offer a truly Spanish experience in a tranquil environment. The town is situated on the beach road with many outside bars and restaurants. We can assist with arranging a number of activities including chartering a yacht for full day, half day or sunset cruises, water sports, tennis, walking, sailing, horse riding and hang gliding to name a few. Granada, Las Alpujarras mountains and the Sierra Nevada are all within easy travelling distance. The nearest town Almuñecar is 3 miles east and Nerja is 10 miles west.
