The marina beach is just a 10 minute walk down where there is a lovely Chiringuito, then a few minutes walk are numerous restaurants/bars to enjoy dining while watching the boats come and go.

The optional 3rd bedroom with additional living area is accessed here. A flight of steps takes you to another balcony with plentiful seating and stunning sea views.
