The beaches of Almunecar and Salobrena are 20 minutes away and offer all watersports and a water park in Almunecar is a good day out!

Villa Rio Verde is accessed via main roads, then a 1km concrete road which is suitable for all car makes leads you to a driveway with plenty of parking space. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 double, 2 twin and a travel cot can be provided. All linen is provided including beach towels. There is a downstairs cloakroom, upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment, and a separate walk in shower room.

The open plan kitchen dining room is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, juicer etc. The large dining table easily seats 8 people. The bright living room has sky free to view tv, DVD player and library, music centre and book library.

The living room and kitchen open onto a large furnished terrace with steps leading to a further stunning circular terrace offering amazing views of the mountains and sea. To the side of the property is table tennis, great for entertaining the children! A gate provides access to the pool which is 7x4 m and has a grassed area suitable for sunbathing. Sun loungers and a BBQ are provided.

The property was built 5 years ago and offers a great holiday destination and with all facilities provided is a real home from home. Its suitable for children, small animals are welcome, and smoking is permitted on the terraces only.

The property is ideal for 4 adults and 4 children, however not for 6+ adults.
