Property Management

We visit your property fortnightly to carry out a full inspection, including checking all outside area’s, all door’s, window’s and alarm systems are secure, check all water systems, run taps and flush toilets to remove stagnant water, water indoor plants, check for damp, collect any mail and forward if required at cost. Any problems will be reported and the required action taken.

Property Maintenance

Having run a successful construction company for over 25 years in the UK, we can provide building services as needed, ranging from house build, extension, patio, pool to painting and decorating etc. We will discuss your requirements and provide a written quotation.

General Services

Cleaning/Linen: We pride ourselves on providing a high quality cleaning/linen service. If you are renting your property we will manage pre-clean, turn around clean and full spring cleans as required. Alternatively if your property is for your own use we will ensure it is clean on your arrival and your departure, so you don’t waste your precious holiday time having to clean or get linen washed and dried.

Pool Maintenance

We will clean the pool and maintain the surrounding area. Normally once per week us required, depending on size and environmentals, however we will discuss this with you. Any additional extra’s such as cal tabs, filters, pump etc will be chargeable to the owner.

Garden Services

Depending on whether you need a regular tidy of your garden, or require landscaping, we have professionals experienced in Mediterranean and sub tropical gardens.
